Brighter Futures provides support to those who require extra help to live independent and fulfilled lives. Our customers are people whose life chances including their health, employability and social skills have been impoverished by the impact of living in deprived areas and on low incomes.

With our partners, we provide a complementary range of services, for those whose emotional, physical, social or financial situation leaves them excluded and in need of support to live more independently in the North Staffordshire community, we are also developing new services in the West Midlands and North West.

About us

Brighter Futures offers simple solutions to complex needs.

Every one of our customers is supported in a way that suits them. They are helped by a member of our experienced team, to decide on a personal plan. This plan helps them deal with their symptoms and then find safe ways of coping with the underlying causes of their complex needs.

We recognise that complex needs arise when we do our best to solve our problems on our own. We never blame anyone for seeking refuge in addictions or other behaviour with which they aren’t happy. However, we do help them to change those ways of coping.

Everything we do is guided by our values. All our work is measured against these values. Our values are…….
