Provides supported housing for people with learning disabilities. The scheme brings together services that support people to live more independently and to make positive choices and take control of their lives
How we can help
Here are some examples of the things your support worker can help you with:
- Applying for housing benefit and personal benefits
- Budgeting your money, paying bills and reducing debt
- Finding and using other services
- Joining and using health services
- Making appointments and helping you to attend meetings
- Looking after yourself
- Looking after your home
- Help you to meet people and make new friends
- Helping you with issues such as drugs, alcohol or offending
- Supporting you with your emotional wellbeing
- Finding new and healthy ways to enjoy your free time
