Safe and Sound provides you with the support that you need to live as independently as possible in your own home.

Safe and Sound will listen to what you think is important and help you to choose the information and services your receive to enable you to live happily and safely in your own home.

 Is Safe and Sound for me? 

If you live in Stoke-on-Trent and are:

• Aged 55 or over
• Living alone or as a couple
• Finding tasks around the home more difficult to manage
• Worried about paying bills and making ends meet
• Feeling lonely or isolated

 How do I apply? 

Whether you own your home, rent it from the council, a housing association or private landlord we can help you.

If you want to find out more about what we can do for you or someone you know, call us on 0808 801 0555. The line is open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The call will be answered by someone who can help - we don’t use an automated service.

If you have a social worker or a health worker you could as them to speak to us.

A named member of the team will arrange to visit you at home, at a time that suits you. All our staff carry identification .

 How does it work? 

Your support team member will take time to understand what help you need together you can plan the next steps at a pace that feels right for you.

Any information you give us will be treated with respect and in strictest confidence.
