We offer intensive, outcome focussed support to people with complex needs. We help people plan a journey of change that helps solve the problems that lead to their drinking.

 We: 

• Listen and give people time to talk
• Help people identify what and how they want to change
• Help people write their own support plan
• Help people build their confidence and self esteem
• Provide information and support people to use the services they need
• Support people to build new friendships and re‐establish family contact
• Help people to use health services appropriately
