How did we do..? // January 10 2012

Way back in September last year we asked our customers to complete a questionnaire which asked them questions about how Brighter Futures had helped them with things like their health, their independence and social connections.

We had a total of 583 completed questionnaires returned to us which has now been collated and from it we have produced a report to feedback to our customers what they said and what we will do as a result of it. We have already met with a group of customers to ask them what they think are the priorities from the results and we’ll be meeting them regularly throughout the year to keep them updated on our progress to make our services better.

Happy New Year! // January 03 2012

Well here we are in 2012! We hope you had a peaceful and relaxing Christmas and New Year. At Brighter Futures we’re looking forward to the year ahead with all its challenges and opportunities for developing the organisation.

We’re also planning lots more customer involvement, training and volunteering opportunities. So if you’ve not yet given it a try why not find out more today and get involved?

You’ll get to meet new people, do new things, learn new skills and tell us what you think about our services and how we can make your experience of using them better.
