Customers from Partnership Housing enjoy a day at Blackbrook Zoological Park
A group from Partnership Housing recently spent the day at Blackbrook Zoological Park, near Leek. The favourite attraction by far was the fantastic new penguin enclosure. The day was the latest of their regular consultation events which mixes a fun day out with a chance for customers to air their views, discuss problems and offer ideas for the future developments of the service.
The day was a great success, just a few of the comments were:
“Good day out. Would go again”
“The venue was ok, but there were not enough shops! I really enjoyed the meal afterwards though.”
Great!!! – somewhere different to go to ……..generally a really good day out.”
Excellent!!! – Really enjoyed it, would love to go on another one. (customer’s first consultation trip)
