Customers say what they want for a Brighter Future






















Over the last few months I have been carrying out consultations with as many customers as possible in all of our schemes. The aim is to gather as many ideas for the 2010-2015 Brighter Futures corporate strategy, which is being developed throughout this year.

Customers have been asked what they think about the services we provide, what they would change, if they think we should be working with any other people and what helps to keep them well. We are really pleased with the feedback we’ve got and will be looking at incorporating as many of the ideas as possible into the new strategy.

Some of the ideas our customers came up with were:

• We should develop a counselling service for Brighter Futures
• We should provide more day trips and activities
• We should advertise our services more
• We should continue supporting our customers as well as we do
• We should work more with young people
