Help for homeless people

90 Hope Street is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If a vacancy exists we can offer immediate housing.

 What will 90 Hope Street do for me? 

90 Hope Street provides temporary accommodation in a safe and secure environment. We help you to work through the issues related to your homelessness and help you to find more permanent housing.

 90 Hope Street can help you if: 

• You are aged between 16 - 65
and
• Are sleeping rough
or
• Are homeless

 How do I get a bed at 90 Hope Street? 

90 Hope Street is a direct access hostel which means that if you are homeless or sleeping rough and we have a vacancy we can offer you accommodation.

 What happens next? 

We will provide you with a room of your own, shared bathroom facilities and three meals a day.

There is a service charge payable by you - if this is not paid regularly your bed space could be at risk.

With your support worker you will design your own action plan based on what you want to achieve. This could include:

• Support in finding permanent accommodation
• Substance misuse
• Mental health issues
• Benefits advice
• Offending behaviour
• Physical health
• Signposting to other organisations that can help

Your support worker will meet regularly with you to make sure that the help you are getting is right for you.
