The helpline is for you if you are feeling concerned, worried, stressed or low or you are worried about someone you know. You may be going through a difficult time and feel that you have no one to talk to.

The helpline team are trained to provide emotional support, encouragement and information on a variety of services that may help you.
We can give information: over the phone, by email, through the post or through the Instant Messaging Service.
The helpline offers a ring-out service (we call you) over weekends to offer extra support when other services are closed. This service might be helpful if you are going through a particularly stressful time or when you are quite unwell and do not feel able to make a call to us. Talk to your care co-ordinator for more information.
