90 Hope Street
Direct access homeless hostel open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service supports people with the issues that have contributed to them becoming homeless and helps them develop the skills and confidence to move on to more permanent accommodation.
Citywide Supported Housing
In partnership with Arch we provide shared or individual accommodation and support to single people who need help to find or manage a home.
The Clubhouse Network offers support to anyone who has experience of mental health problems, providing social and leisure opportunities to promote wellbeing and social inclusion and to enhance self-esteem.
Echo provides mutual support and information for people who have experienced self-harm. Echo offers a range of alternative therapies, workshops and an art group every week in a welcoming social space.
Accommodation and support for people wanting to address the issues surrounding their substance misuse.
Provides supported housing and floating support for people with learning difficulties.
The service gives adults with mental health issues the opportunity to live in a more independent environment but with 24 hour support or tenancy on call.
Rough Sleeper Team
An outreach service provided 7 days a week, 365 days a year to people who are rough sleeping, to help them to move on from the streets into accommodation.
Safe Spaces Network
A short term service offering a safe space over the weekend to people in mental distress or crisis for whom a hospital admission is neither wanted or needed.
Safer Recovery Newcastle
Early intervention and prevention work including community activities, group work, awareness and education programme and targeted 1:1 support work for people with multiple and complex needs at risk of homelessness.
Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline
Emotional support for people concerned about their mental health or that of someone they know.
The Helpline also manages and maintains the Staffordshire Mental Health Directory.
Tamworth Crisis Support and Intervention Project
In partnership with Tamworth Borough Council, this scheme provides support for people with complex needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
VOICES supports people with multiple needs, working with them to identify what works in promoting sustainable recovery with a focus on developing and utilising people’s assets, talents and motivations.
Housing and support for vulnerable adults living in Walsall.
Support for women who are involved in sex work.
Brighter Futures Connecting Choices
Brighter Futures are a specialist partner working with end to end providers.
We offer one to one support for people needing help with financial inclusion, digital inclusion and/or debt. Support will be offered on a 1:1 basis and could be one off contact or contact over several sessions depending upon the complexity of the individual and/or their needs.
Training to help people with multiple and complex needs manage their money better or learn more about ICT.
Brighter Futures Academy
Brighter Futures Academy offers accredited and non-accredited learning opportunities to enable attendees to gain knowledge and skills in subjects including Health & Safety, Management Skills, Employability Skills and Psychologically Informed Environments. All Brighter Futures staff and volunteers attend a comprehensive training programme, with other opportunities available for customers, partner organisations and external agencies.
