HOW WE CAN HELP

We provide and manage a range of housing and accommodation services in Stoke-on-Trent. We also offer diverse support services for people at risk of, or currently experiencing homelessness, people facing mental health challenges, and people with Learning Disabilities across Staffordshire.

THE HOUSING PATHWAY

We are a registered Social Landlord for over 200 tenants, and provide additional supported accommodation across Stoke-on-Trent.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND OUTREACH SERVICES

We work with local councils and partners on a number of projects and services to tackle homelessness in Stoke-on-Trent.

LEARNING DISABILITY AND AUTISM SUPPORT

We provide specialist accommodation and support for those living with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
