Brighter Futures is a non-profit Registered Provider of Social Housing and Supported Accommodation based in Stoke-on-Trent. Established in 1974, we have extensive experience in providing accommodation-based support for individuals with complex needs, and we specialise in homelessness, vulnerable women, and learning disabilities.

LANDLORD SERVICES

At the heart of our organisation, we are a dedicated social landlord who aims to not only meet regulatory requirements but exceed our tenant’s expectations. Our key services include Repairs and Maintenance, Assets and Compliance, Tenancy Management as well as our handling of anti-social behaviour.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & SUPPORT

Our Community Support and Outreach Services are essential in building relationships and trust with our customers and within the homeless community. Through specialist teams such as the Rough Sleeper Outreach Team, Orchid Women’s Services and Hanley Connect, we collaborate with partners to deliver both emotional and practical support to individuals facing homelessness.

HOMELESSNESS ACCOMMODATION

Our Homelessness Accommodation facilities are paired with tailored levels of support, these include a direct-access hostel providing short-term temporary accommodation and 3 move-on units to support individuals transitioning from temporary housing.

HOUSING SERVICES

Our Housing Services Team support community-based customers to manage their own tenancy, including support for individuals with learning disabilities or Autism. This includes a Housing Sustainment Team who work with customers in the community to manage their own tenancy, this includes support for individuals with learning disabilities or autism. Our services are further supported by our Customer Experience Team which includes Customer Services, Customer Engagement, and Access, Sustainment, and Enforcement.

Our Rough Sleeper Team operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To report someone sleeping rough in Newcastle-under-Lyme or Stoke-on-Trent, please call us for free on the number below.
