Safe Spaces Support Worker (nights)
Can you support customers who are in mental health crisis? Can you provide a safe, nonmedical, calm environment to people who may otherwise be admitted to hospital? Do you have experience of supporting customers to achieve outcomes through support plans?
New Hope Tenancy Support Worker
We are looking for a supportive and committed Tenancy Support Worker to join
our dedicated housing team and homeless pathway, within our shared accommodation move on service.
Changing Futures – Homelessness Specialist Case Co-ordinator
We are looking to appoint a Case Co-ordinator to work with a small caseload of customers based upon Homelessness provision. You will work closely with frontline staff providing services to your customers to better co-ordinate service interventions in referring customers to services based on their assessed needs and preferences as expressed through their service coordination plan and support them through the relevant processes to secure access.
Waking Night Concierge – 90 Hope Street / Hillcrest / New Hope
We are looking for a Waking Night Concierge to keep tight control of the safety and security of our clients in our shared accommodation (move on service building). The ideal candidate will act as a site liaison and as first point of contact, throughout the 12-hour shifts, at our shared housing units, of which are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Senior Accounts Assistant
We are looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant who will support the Operational Manager, including deputising operational control of the finance department. You will maintain accurate financial records; monitor contracts and deal with payroll and rent ledger queries. You will support our Accounts Assistants.
Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Outreach Worker who can support individuals with complex needs to secure accommodation and exit rough sleeping.
A full driving licence is essential to this role.
English
