Our Community Outreach Vehicle provides both physical and mental health support at a time and location to better support people who are homeless.

We take services to customers directly to support complex issues. The average life expectancy of someone sleeping rough is only 47 years old – and it can be difficult to support people into services without immediate access.

Facilities onboard include a treatment table, a WC, and a washing area.

Funding for the vehicle was provided by the Department for Health – with extra funding from Stoke-on-Trent City Council providing a full-time driver for the vehicle.

Homeless Health Service

Working with North Staffordshire GP Federation, we provide homeless health service in Stoke-on-Trent. The service takes healthcare directly to a person sleeping rough. This is done without a referral or waiting list – allowing access to vital services when needed.
