Millions of people across the UK are struggling to cope with the Cost of Living Crisis.
We understand, and we are here to support our tenants.
We are working in partnership with Potteries Moneywise to provide Advice Clinics every Wednesday.
WHAT ARE THE ADVICE CLINICS?
The Advice Clinics offer one to one appointments with Potteries Moneywise Advisers for free and confidential guidance to help maximise income and reduce outgoings.
Potteries Moneywise can offer support with a wide range of issues including: energy advice, maximising income, budgeting, money saving tips, accessing support funds and benefits entitlement checks.
ARE THE ADVICE CLINICS FOR ME?
Do you ask yourself any of these questions?
- Do I have enough money until the end of the month?
- Can I afford my bills?
- Can I afford to eat?
- Am I in debt? How am I going to pay it off?
- How am I going to heat the house?
- Am I entitled to more benefits?
- Can I afford unexpected bills?
- Do I need help to replace essential appliances?
If you answered yes to any of these, the Advice Clinics may be able to help.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE ADVICE CLINICS?
The Advice Clinics run on Wednesdays and can be accessed by all Brighter Futures tenants. We have sessions in Hanley and Burslem.
We recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment as the sessions may become very busy.
Tenants can book an appointment via your Support Worker, or call Reception on: 01782 406 000
