Hanley Connect is a multi-purpose resource and advice hub for vulnerable adults in Stoke-on-Trent. We take a partnership approach to bring together key services from across the city as well as providing practical support if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Anyone seeking help can drop in to Hanley Connect as there are no referrals necessary.

Hanley Connect is for you if you are:

  • Homeless
  • At risk of homelessness
  • aged 18 or over

What does Hanley Connect offer?

Hanley Connect offers emotional and practical support, including but not limited to:

  • hot food
  • showers
  • laundry
  • a range of activities
  • an opportunity to chat without judgement
  • a safe space
  • homeless health support
  • financial guidance and advice
  • drug and alcohol support
  • accommodation advice
  • mental health support
