HOMELESSNESS SUPPORT
Homelessness is one of the biggest issues we face in our society.
Our range of homelessness prevention services are available to individuals aged 18 and over across Stoke-on-Trent We not only focus on immediate housing needs but work with local partners to address other contributing factors that may jeopardise housing stability, such as poverty, mental health issues and addictions, and domestic abuse.
Our Rough Sleepers Team perform outreach 365 days a year looking for people who are sleeping rough. You can report a rough sleeper by calling 0800 970 2304. For more information, click here.
The Community Outreach Vehicle is used by NHS Homeless Health Team to perform outreach and provide healthcare to homeless individuals across Stoke-on-Trent. For more information, click here.
Hanley Connect is a multi-purpose resource and advice hub for homeless adults in Stoke-on-Trent. The hub is free to access and is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am – 2:00pm. For more information, click here.
The Housing Pathway aims to support individuals from rough sleeping, moving through to the hostel and supported accommodation, to eventually sustaining their own tenancy and beyond. For more information, click here.
