ROUGH SLEEPER TEAM
Our Rough Sleepers Team offer help and support to anyone who is rough sleeping in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. The team operates 365 days a year.
HANLEY CONNECT
Hanley Connect is a multi-purpose resource and advice hub for vulnerable adults in Stoke-on-Trent.
The hub provides a friendly, non-judgemental drop-in service from Monday to Friday for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
No referrals necessary
COMMUNITY OUTREACH VEHICLE (COV)
This is our custom-made vehicle that us used by the Homeless Health Team in partnership with North Staffordshire GP Federation.
90 HOPE STREET
90 Hope Street is our direct access homeless hostel open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
HILLCREST
Hillcrest is a bridge gap between shared accommodation and independent living. This service was designed as we have seen how difficult it is for a customer to move from 24 hours services to their own community accommodation.
FURLONG COURT
Furlong Court offers accommodation and support for people to address the issues surrounding their tenancy, with 24 hour support to rebuild their lives.
TENANCY SUSTAINMENT
Our Tenancy Sustainment service seeks to provide long term support for our tenants in line with our core values.
