90 Hope Street is our direct access homeless hostel open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If we have a vacancy, we can offer immediate housing.

How can 90 Hope Street help me?

90 Hope Street provides temporary accommodation in a safe and secure environment. We help you to work through the issues related to your homelessness and help you to find more permanent housing. We can help you if:
  • You are aged 18 or over and
  • Are sleeping rough or
  • Are homeless
We can provide you with a room of your own, shared bathroom facilities and three meals a day. There is a service charge payable by you – if this is not paid regularly your bed space could be at risk. With your support worker, you will design your own action plan based on what you want to achieve. This could include:
  • Support in finding permanent accommodation
  • Substance misuse
  • Mental health issues
  • Benefits advice
  • Offending behaviour
  • Physical health
  • Signposting to other organisations that can help
Your support worker will meet regularly with you to make sure that the help you are getting is right for you. Watch footage below of Emma, who became homeless at the start of the pandemic.
