The Housing Pathway is designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers by offering the flexibility to move throughout our accommodation offers. This non-linear structure ensures tenants can maintain a stable home even if they are facing challenges in living independently – by taking a proactive approach, we aim to prevent homelessness and provide essential support.
Our Community Support & Outreach Services are essential in building relationships and trust with our customers and the homeless community. Through specialist teams such as the Rough Sleeper Outreach Team, Orchid Women’s Services and Hanley Connect, we work with partners to deliver both emotional and practical support to customers, encouraging them to break the cycle and begin their journey to a more fulfilled, independent life.
We offer a range of Homeless Accommodation options paired with intensive support:
- a direct-access hostel provides short-term temporary accommodation with friendly and experienced staff who are available 24/7 to support and assist residents
- 3 move-on units to support individuals transitioning from temporary housing. Customers receive varying levels of support at this second stage to enable them to further stabilise their lives and progress to their own tenancies.
Within our Housing and Tenancy Services, we focus on equipping and empowering customers with the skills necessary for independent living through tiered support.
- A supported accommodation unit if customers require support in managing their front door
- Community-based properties for tenants to call their home, with less intense support to help manage their tenancy
- Community-based properties for customers living independently with a Learning Disability or Autism
