Our housing solutions range from temporary accommodation and move-on accommodation to long-term homes.
As a Supported Housing Provider, we also offer assistance and guidance to our tenants, ensuring they can effectively sustain their tenancy, manage their life positively and recognise their potential to achieve their goals.

THE HOUSING PATHWAY
The Housing Pathway is a crucial part of of our Corporate Strategy, encompassing the concept of “Hope.” The Housing Pathway aims to support individuals from rough sleeping, moving through to the hostel and supported accommodation, to eventually sustaining their own tenancy and beyond.
We understand that our customers may join The Housing Pathway at various stages, and their journeys are often complex and diverse. However, we are committed to standing by their side throughout the entire journey, offering support and empowerment to assist them in achieving independence, finding new opportunities and reaching their goals.
90 Hope Street is our 26-bed, direct access homeless hostel open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For more information, click here.
Furlong Court provides accommodation for people to address the issues surrounding their addictions, with 24-hour support to help re-build their lives. For more information, click here.
Hillcrest is one of our supported move-on accommodations, which is a stepping stone between the hostel and more independent living. Residents at Hillcrest can still access 24-hour support to address issues and help make the transition.
