MARK PEARSON

Mark is the Chief Executive at Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association (LYHA), having joined them in December 2017 as the Director of Customer Services/ Deputy CEO, before taking up his current post in March 2018. He is responsible for the strategic direction of LYHA and providing effective leadership to ensure that the organisation is well governed and delivers excellent services with positive outcomes.
Mark is passionate about achieving high levels of both customer and colleague engagement and satisfaction and he was attracted to Brighter Futures as he a particular interest in working with vulnerable groups and supporting people to improve their life chances and wellbeing.
Mark is married with two young daughters. He is a lifelong Liverpool FC fan and music lover that likes to attend as many gigs as family life now allows.
