MIKE FINISTER-SMITH

Mike started his career in local government (Leeds City Council, housing finance). He spent seven years working as a consultant in the social housing sector and has also held Executive Finance Director roles at Willow Park Housing Trust, Acclaim Housing and Waterloo Housing Group. Now retired from full-time employment, Mike currently works as a Non-Executive Director, undertaking roles as Chair of Audit and Risk Committees, as well as having undertaken interim Finance Director roles in the Housing sector.

Mike enjoys taking his “Pets as Therapy” Labradoodles, Alice and Molly, to cheer people up at school and care homes.
