Brighter Futures remain at the heart of trying to end homelessness and moving people away from the streets.  Their Rough Sleepers Team, funded by both Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, start work at 6am, 365 days-a-year, and continues to source accommodation for those who are most in need.
