90 Hope Street

90 Hope Street will be providing our usual 24-hour support service for customers staying at our hostel.

As a provision, we will be encouraging regular washing of hands and have hand sanitizer on sight to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible.

Adult Sex Workers Support Service

Our Adult Sex Workers Support Team is not going to be opening the drop-in, offering lifts to customers or conducting outreach. In the interim, support will be offered in the following ways:

Talk to you by telephone and meet up outdoors.

Telephone other professionals on your behalf.

Deliver condoms to you with prior arrangement

Housing First Stoke-on-Trent/Coventry

Our support service will continue as normal, but staff will be arranging telephone appointments unless it is necessary to do face-to-face.

In the case of a visit, customers will be asked to ensure they are not displaying any symptoms. If they are – the visit will be cancelled.

We are unable to transport customers in staff cars at present – and we are handing out mobile phones to people we are currently unable to contact.

Rough Sleeper Team

Our team will work on outreach as normal.  Staff will work in twos and keep a safe social distance from each other, members of the public and our customers as per government guidelines.

If you’re worried about someone sleeping rough in Stoke-on-Trent or Newcastle-under-Lyme – contact us:
