Brighter Futures was pleased to welcome Lord John Bird to its 90 Hope Street Hostel on Friday 25th March, who came along to see how our team provides accommodation to the homeless in Stoke-on-Trent.
Lord Bird is the founder of The Big Issue and a big advocate of providing people with the support they need to move away from homeless permanently.
He was joined by Jo Gideon MP and spoke with some of our most vulnerable customers to hear their stories first hand.
