Working with North Staffordshire GP Federation, we take the Homeless Health team around Stoke-on-Trent in our Community Outreach Vehicle (COV). This is done without a referral or waiting list – allowing rough sleepers access to vital medical services when needed.

The COV is custom-made and includes:

• Facility with medical treatment table, a WC, and a washing area.
• Spacious areas for counselling and support sessions
• Place with hot drink and food facilities onboard
• Space with WiFi facilities and phone charging points
