    To report a Rough Sleeper, please contact our dedicate outreach team:  

    Call: 0800 970 234 (free from mobiles, landlines and payphones) 

    Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

     Please provide as much detail  as possible about their location so our team can go out on their next available outreach.  

    PRESS ENQUIRIES

    Please contact us to arrange interviews with spokespeople. We can comment on homeless issues in Stoke-on-Trent, real life stories and news from our services and the sector.

    REFERRALS

    We recommend applying through Destination Homes which is a Stoke-on-Trent City Council Service run by Concrete on their behalf. The service simplifies the application process and ensures that you don’t need to complete multiple forms for different housing providers.
