Our Homelessness Accommodation provides individuals with the first step off the streets.
Hostel
90 Hope Street is a hostel based in Stoke-on-Trent, offering temporary accommodation for customers who are experiencing homelessness. The service provides breakfast and an evening meal and a base from which customers can build their future through our housing pathway.
The hostel is staffed by a friendly, experienced team available 24/7 to offer support to customers throughout their journey toward finding a home of their own. We work closely with local agencies who provide specialist support including primary healthcare, mental health services, and drug and alcohol services.
While staying at the hostel, each customer will create a Hope Plan, a personal plan to set achievable goals and will follow them throughout their time with us.
Move-on Accommodation
To follow on from 90 Hope Street Hostel, we offer Next Steps move-on units at various locations across the city. These units provide different levels of support to help customers further stabilize their lives and move on to their own tenancies. We work with people who have multiple needs, including those with more complex issues.
At the move-on units, customers will have the opportunity to develop essential life skills, such as cleanliness, cooking, and living in a community. Additionally, customers will be introduced to a range of opportunities to learn or develop new skills, volunteer, or share their experiences to support others.
