Housing Ombudsman

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent services, we are also accountable to the Housing Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman provides an independent, impartial service to resolve disputes between housing providers and tenants. Should a resident ever feel that their complaint has not been adequately addressed, they can seek resolution through the Housing Ombudsman.

 

We take any complaints seriously and strive to resolve any issues efficiently and fairly. Our aim is always to provide a positive and responsive customer experience, but should issues arise, the Ombudsman serves as an important safeguard for residents
