HANLEY CONNECT

HANLEY CONNECT

Hanley Connect is a multi-purpose, resource and advice hub funded by Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

HANLEY CONNECT

The hub adopts a partnership approach to bring together key services from across the city to provide emotional and practical support for those who are currently experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.

Available support includes access to a hot meal, showers, laundry facilities and healthcare as well as accommodation advice, mental health support, financial guidance and drug and alcohol support.

There are no referrals necessary at Hanley Connect so anyone seeking help can drop in between 10:00am – 4:00pm from Monday to Friday. During the afternoons, the team, supported by partner organisations, host various groups such as a karaoke, craft group, quiz group and mental health support.

We have created a directory of all services and our partners to support you if you find yourself homeless or rough-sleeping.
