Night Worker (Temporary until March 2026)
We are looking for a Night Worker to join our team. You will be based at one of our residential schemes within the Stoke on Trent area and will play a key role in delivering housing and support services to customers who have been referred through the Local Authority and other service providers, ensuring appropriate safeguarding protocols are adhered to.
You will be the night-time guardian for our tenants, ensuring that only approved visitors may enter the building, remaining constantly alert for their safety and welfare during your working hours.
Night Worker (Female Only)

Access and Sustainment Worker (Fixed term - 9 month contract)
The Access and Sustainment Worker will work with ‘high risk’ customers with varying needs, identifying interventions and implementing a trauma informed approach to maintain their accommodation agreement within Brighter Futures.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the entire Brighter Futures Housing pathway, including homelessness services and with customers based in the community.
