Housing Sustainment Offer

Our Housing Sustainment Services aim to ensure customers have the necessary support and skills to maintain their homes, prevent homelessness, and build stronger support networks for better life management.

Customers working with our Housing Sustainment Services will agree to a personalised program, offered regularly (based on need/risk). This program is designed to equip individuals with the tools to successfully sustain their tenancies and avoid homelessness.

Our Housing Sustainment Workers will help customers develop a Hope Plan each year. This plan encourages customers to think about their goals, recognise any challenges, and work with our team to identify practical steps to achieve them. Support may include assistance with:

  • Building life skills
  • Budgeting advice and signposting to local support services
  • Help with form filling and communicating with utility companies
