Customer Service Team
The Customer Services Team is the first point of contact for all customer queries, complaints, and feedback. They manage property service requests and ensure customer needs are met quickly and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction with the services provided.

Access, Sustainment and Enforcement
At Brighter Futures, eviction is always a last resort. The ASE team provides short-term, person-centred support to customers at risk of losing their tenancy. Working through multi-agency partnerships, they aim to stabilise lives, address anti-social behaviour (ASB), support tenants and neighbours with agreements, and pursue legal action when necessary.
