It’s Apprenticeship Appreciation Week and we would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the hard work of our apprentices who joined the Property Services team in November. Michael, Frazer and Jayden have all made a fantastic start and made their mark within the Brighter Futures team already.

Each of the apprentices have been shadowing experienced members of the team, picking up hands-on experience to support colleagues and customers across the organisation.

• Michael has been working alongside Property Services Operative, Adam, to tackle void refurbishments, installations and repairs. He has thrown himself in and not shyed away from anything.
• Frazer, who is training to become an electrician, has been shadowing Graham. Frazer says, “I’ve been doing loads of different tasks such as light fittings, installations, and most recently, a towel rail. Graham is such a great teacher; I’m learning from the best!”
• Jayden has been working with Property Services Operative, Dean, to tackle everything from joinery and repairs. Jayden has gone above and beyond and also represents Property Services at Colleague Connect, a forum to facilitate communication between colleagues and leadership.

Property Services Manager, Jordan, says:

“Since joining us in November, Michael, Frazer and Jayden have hit the ground running. They’ve demonstrated incredible enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. It’s great to see them growing in their roles, learning new skills and getting involved in the craic with the lads! They are already making a real difference to the team so keep up the good work lads!”

It’s been amazing to see how much Michael, Frazer and Jayden have grown in such a short time. They’ve found great teachers in Dean, Adam and Graham and we can’t wait to see the rest of their journey!
