Last year, customers, residents and tenants attended Engagement Panels to share ideas and suggestions for us to consider when selecting a new head office.

We are pleased to say that we have listened to your feedback, and a new head office location has been chosen based on your recommendations.

WE DID

The new office features a bike rack on the car park so you can safely store your bicycle.
The new office is conveniently located on Festival Park which has a variety of food, beverage and shopping amenities.

How to find us

BY BUS

There is a bus stop opposite Three Counties House which can be reached via route 4a or 4 from Hanley Bus Station or Newcastle-under-Lyme Bus Station.

BY CAR

Three Counties House is approximately 1 mile away from Hanley Shopping Centre, located along the Newcastle to Hanley corridor.

BY FOOT

The office is situated opposite DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly The Moathouse) on Festival Park.

BY TRAIN

The nearest railway station is Stoke-on-Trent Station (1.5 miles / 2.4 km).
There is a taxi rank outside Stoke-on-Trent station and the journey takes 10-15 minutes.
