OUR ROLE
Our aim is to build relationships people and break down barriers. We can they start to understand the reasons why a person ended up on the streets in the first place. We can then look at options for individuals to move away from homelessness.
Our team go out in the early hours of the morning responding to new referrals, as well as visiting known rough sleeping sites, to make contact with people who are sleeping on the streets of Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Under Lyme.
To do this, we work in partnership with multiple organisations. This includes helping people to access drug and alcohol services, stable and safe accommodation and physical and mental health services.
We have created a directory of all services and our partners to support you if you find yourself homeless or rough-sleeping.
